Our editors analyze patient questions, search trends, and new clinical guidelines to choose topics that matter most to people who need doctor’s notes.
2. Drafting
Professional medical writers create the first draft in plain language, citing only primary sources.
3. Medical Review
A board-certified clinician verifies every fact, adds clinical nuance, and signs off with their NPI number.
4. Compliance & Copy-edit
Legal and copy teams check HIPAA compliance, tone, and readability (Grade 9 or lower).

Articles are re-audited at least every 12 months, or sooner if the CDC/FDA releases new guidance.

Conflict-of-Interest & Independence

Our medical reviewers are paid for their time spent reviewing content, and in many cases also provide clinical services to patients who purchase doctor’s notes through Trust Medical. While they may financially benefit from patient care, they are not involved in advertising, and their editorial decisions are made independently of marketing or revenue-generating teams.
