I’m a passionate advocate for accessible, equitable healthcare and deeply committed to bridging the gap between patients and the timely medical attention they deserve—especially in underserved or remote communities. Embracing virtual care has allowed me to reach people more quickly and efficiently, without compromising the quality or compassion of the care I deliver.I believe that great medicine starts with listening. Her experience in telemedicine has reinforced her belief that quality healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and centered around the individual. She understands how overwhelming it can be to manage a health condition while balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine, thoughtful clinical judgment, and clear communication to ensure each patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
Why Frankie Chose Trust Medical
Frankie joined Trust Medical because she believes patients shouldn’t have to choose between protecting their health and maintaining their livelihood. When a medical condition affects someone’s ability to work, navigating medical documentation, leave, and workplace accommodations can add unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
At Trust Medical, Frankie conducts comprehensive clinical evaluations and, when medically appropriate, provides documentation for FMLA, short-term disability, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work planning.
For Frankie, medical leave is about more than paperwork. Behind every request is someone managing a health condition, recovering from an illness or injury, or facing circumstances that affect their ability to work. Her goal is to understand each patient’s needs, provide clear and accurate documentation when clinically appropriate, and help patients understand their options.
Frankie is proud to be part of a team that makes healthcare and medical leave support more accessible while maintaining high standards of clinical care and medical integrity. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident taking the steps they need to protect their health and well-being.
